This is so beautiful... I had this post "saved" for several days until reading this morning, and you know what is so fascinating to me? I remember seeing this post pop up in my Notes and thinking OOOH, that looks like something I really want to read, and so I saved it for when I could savor it. Yet, even reading "The Power of I" in the title stuck with me this past week, and when I found myself waking up in this past week in the night with a restless mind, trying to fall back asleep, your post and the power of I came back to me, and I started repeating affirmations in my head: I Am Safe. I Am Loved. I Am Peace. I Am Joy. I Am Confident. And many more. And the energy that comes with that has been amazing. And now, I have a new one: I RISE. 💛💛💛

When I am feeling especially down, I read Maya Angelou's *And Still I Rise* poem out loud to myself, sometimes several times. It works to bring me back up, if even just a little bit, every single time. I only have to remember to do it. Sometimes I forget.

Do you know how special it makes me feel to hear that when you find yourself waking up in the middle of the night with a restless mind my post floated through your mind! This is the kind of impact I'm hoping my posts and notes make, that somehow my words float through when you need them most! Thank you for sharing.
